I promise I will update with pictures and links when I can. I have been computer-less and have had to use my phone and haven't been able to finish all that I want to. :(
Anywho, here it is!
1. Laura Mercier: Laura's Secret Volume 6; Lip Trio in Matte Reds
Okay, long title I know, but I got this as a gift from Surviving College (@SurvivinCollege) with a book, The Ring and the Crown by Melissa de la Cruz, that I'm going to stat in Summer when I have some time. I was quite excited to see that I got a little mystery gift that I didn't remember/know about. What's even MORE awesome is that I'm in LOVE with this set! The trio came with a Lip Pencil in True Red, a Lip Glace in Poppy, and a Lip Color in Mod. I'm absolutely obsessed. The pencil is easy to put on, helps define, and stays on really well. The lip color is gorgeous and also stays on very well. The glace is beautiful and I wear it just by itself when I'm out and about.
2. Wicked by Essie
I'm in love with maroon-y colors. This color is a black-maroon and it is absolutely gorgeous! Essie is a great brand of polish and I have a few favorites by them. Another reason I chose this particular color is that even though it's darker, it gives a sense of power. With it so close to finals, I'll need all the power to BTHO 'em!
3. Lustrous Long-Lasting Eyeshadow in Toast by E.L.F.
I'm an elf nut (if you haven't guessed it already), and I'll probably have at least one of their products in most of my blogs. :) This product is a personal favorite. It's easy to put on and it stays on really well. This color, Toast, is a gold color. For a girl with green eyes, this gold color really brings out my eyes and I love it!
4. Microfiber Towel
You're probably wondering why I have this on here. I have naturally curly hair and it requires a lot of attention. It's not a really good idea to dry it with a regular towel; if I do that, it damages it. The ones I have are bright yellow, about and I actually got them from the car department at the store (I don't remember which one..). They were fairly inexpensive and seem to work better than a higher priced, normal size microfiber towel.
5. Softlips in Pearl
I cannot begin to describe my love for this product. Being a Texas girl, chapstick is a must-have! Since I'm fairly pale, I like to add a little color (if you haven't noticed). This chapstick is SPF 15 and has a shimmery pink tint to it. I go through this like crazy! For Easter, my mom's boyfriend put some in a little Easter basket she had made for me--he told her it was my favorite and she stocked me up! Moving on! Another reason I like this is because it works really well. Not only does it look lovely, but it ALSO works! Best of both sides!
Anywho, these were my favorite things for this month and I look forward to sharing more of my favorite things next month! :)
Tschüss erstmal!!
