I got my (first) Walmart Beauty Box in the mail this weekend.
Today, I finally got to open it--I had to finish a book review before I would let myself (great motivation though!)!

1. Rimmel's Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara in Black
This was the first thing I saw and I was actually kind of excited! I've never tried Rimmel mascara, but I have several of their other products and I really enjoy them. It says that it's a "Formula with Grow-Lash Complex with Procapil, Keratin and Antioxidants conditions lashes day after day!" so I'm actually intrigued to give it a try! It retails for $8 at Walmart so I've already paid for my box on the first item. Sweet!
2. Neutrogena Healthy Skin Boosters Facial Cleanser Sample
If you've been reading my posts for a while, you know I'm a junkie for Neutrogena. I love cleansers and I'm really excited to give this a try. I'll probably try it the next time I travel for a weekend because it's the perfect size! Apparently this is a newer product because I had to search everywhere to find a price for a full size! The full size goes for $8 for 9 fl. oz. The sample is .5 fl. oz, so I ain't mad!
3. Hard Candy All Glossed Up Hydrating Lip Stain in Zappy
Another full size product and it retails for $5! Although I'm not the biggest fan of lip gloss, the color is pretty and has a good amount of shimmer. I didn't keep this item though. I'm not a 'lip gloss' person, so I know someone else will appreciate it! :)
4. Dove Pure Care Dry Oil for Hair
Cute little sample and it's Dove! :D From what I've seen, it's a newer (as in 2014) product and it's to help nourish your hair without making it greasy. A full size of this goes for about $12 and is about 3.38 oz and this sample is .4 oz. This is going to be fun to try!
5. John Frieda Luxurious Volume Shampoo & Conditioner Foil Packet
Yay foil packets.. ha. I love John Frieda products, but more one the FrizzEase side. My curls don't really need more volume haha. This shampoo & conditioner duo is good for one, maybe two, uses and is supposed help bring volume and softness to your hair. I think I'll put this into my freebie swap box and give it to someone who would try it. The full size, if buying both, is about $11.
6. L'Oreal Color Vibrancy Shampoo, Conditioner & 'Instant Shock' Treatment Foil Packet
I don't have color treated hair, so yeah.. I've heard pretty good things about this line from L'Oreal, but I'm honestly not THAT interested in this sample, so it will also be going into the box. I do, however, like the fact that it's a 3-sample packet. The full size price of the three together is about $15 or so, so that's not top bad.
Overall, it really isn't that bad. I'll get use out of some and give the others to someone who will use it. Considering this box is only $5 and comes every season, it's really good.
