And so is my Ipsy bag!
So here's what I got!!
1. The Bag:
This is actually a cute bag in my opinion. It fits the 'bohemian' and naturalistic theme and the feel of the bag is really nice. I really like it and look forward to using it!
This is a face serum that is supposed to brighten and moisturize the face. A full size of this is $41 for 30 mL and this sample is about 10 mL, making it about $12-$13. Serums aren't normally my thing....at least at this point in my life. I'll probably give it to someone who I know likes this kind of stuff and would use it!
3. Nude Dude eyeshadow in Fit from theBalm Cosmetics
I love me some eyeshadow. Especially when the colors compliment my eyes. Gold is a good color on me, so I was really excited to get this! Luckily, I'm also getting the other sample (in Flirty) and it has more of a purple tone with it so I'm REALLY excited about that. A full palette of 12 shadows is $36, so I'm thinking that would make this around $4.
4. Starlook Satin Finish lip gloss in Cuddle
Lip gloss....it and I do not get along. This is a beautiful color, but I will not be wearing it. Lip gloss does not exist in my makeup collection and probably won't again. It's just feels so sticky to me and my hair gets caught in it and no... If this were a matte lip color, I'd be all over that. A full size is $13 and that makes this sample about $4.
5. Hikari Blush in Tango
This is....really bright. I believe this is a full size (I could be wrong) and is worth $15. Honestly, I don't know if I'll wear it. It's just so bright and the ModelCo blush I got a while back is a little more subtle and I like it better. Plus, my cheeks are already naturally visible, so blush, especially this one, might add a little much. I know a friend or two who may like it and it's better it get used than sit in my drawer.
6. Jo'rel Parker roller ball perfume
I had mixed feelings about this thing but once I tried it out, I LOVED it. It just has a fresh, mature smell. I don't know how else to describe it. A full size of this is $55 and that makes our sample about $11 (I think...).
Overall, I think this was a pretty good ipsy bag for me, price wise.
The things I'll use are definitely worth the bag and I don't mind sharing new products with friends!
