Dorm Decor: Glitter Bottle Necklace

I had a little free time this weekend, and I've been trying to figure out what I want to get my friends for Christmas. I saw something similar to this on Pinterest, but I decided to put my own twist on it to make it a little more personal.

So here's how it went!
I bought these little glass vials (mine were 1 1/2"), ultra fine glitter, eye hooks, leather lace cord, and superglue!
First, the bottle:

It comes with a cork which is always nice.
The cool thing about this bottle is that the glass is fairly thick (meaning, if you bump it into something, it probably won't break).
Moving on!
Next, the eye hook in the cork:

The eye hooks are super simple.
Just find the place in the cork you want to put it and twist!
I put a little dab of superglue around the hook to make sure it stays!
The next thing is glitter, obviously!
I didn't take any pictures because well....I only have two hands.
All you need to do is make a paper funnel and pour the glitter in!
After you're done pouring in the glitter, go ahead and put the cork on.
I also used a little superglue to hold it, just in case!

I honestly had sooo much fun making these and they're extremely inexpensive!

So, here it is! All done and ready to be worn! :)
