The theme for this month was "Fresh Start" and it's obvious they want us to have a lovely 2015!
So let's get to it!
1. The Bag:
Personally, it's not really my favorite. I like the blue and white sides and the coral inside, but I have bad luck with white products and it's honestly kind small for me. I'll end up seeing if my mom or [younger] sister or a friend want it!
2. The Fine Liner brush by Real Techniques
As you know, I'm a huge fan of the Real Techniques brushes. Sadly, I already have this brush. I really do like the brush and it's so compact for traveling, but I don't really need two of them. Like the bag, I'll probably see if someone among my friends or something wants it. The brush is $6 and you can purchase it here!
3. Nourish Organic Eye Cream
Winter is not good for my eye area. Although I wear glasses, it doesn't mean I'm not prone to wind burn around my eyes. This cream is supposed to provide hydration around the eye area. It contains Avacado oil, Moroccan Argon oil, and Shea Butter. It is 100% Vegan and cruelty free. From the few times I've tested it out so far, it seems to work fairly well. A full size runs for $20 for .5 oz.
4. Sheer Glo by Manna Kadar Cosmetics
I had actually never heard of this product or line before this, so this made me a little nervous and excited to try it out! What this product is is basically a highlighter that you can mix with your foundations, by itself as a highlight, or it says that you could even mix it with your lotion to give you an all over glow. A full size runs for $29 for a bottle.
5. Pacifica Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow in Ethereal
This was one of those moments where I was like, 'Yes, eyeshadow!' and 'Crap...more eyeshadow'. I have a serious problem. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful color! It's perfect for a eye highlight and you could probably even push it to be a cheek highlight. It has a little shimmer, but I honestly don't mind it. It also doesn't seem to flake or have much fall out while applying. This is a full size and I cannot find a price to save a life. So sorry about that.
6. J. Cat Beauty Fantabulous Gel Eyeliner in Blue Black
This is a little more blue that I imagined it to be. I was playing with the liner on my hand and it didn't seem as blue as when I applied it to my eyes. This liner is to help intensify and define your eyes. It's extremely creamy and that's something I personally really enjoy comma and it's very difficult to smudge. This eyeliner runs for $6 and is a full size.
That's my Ipsy bag for this month and I can't wait to see the next!
